Hadis Shareef has the reference that, “Every individual
taking photos and allowing others to do so is a hell-dweller.” According to
Islamic point of views, taking photographs and allowing others to take photos
of oneself are completely haram. Only the ulamaye soo (religion-mongers) take
snaps, allow others to take theirs and hence deliver fatwa (religious rulings)
calling it jaeez (permissible). Na’uzubillah! Thats the reason that they have
been cursed in the Hadis Shareef and Ummah have been suggested to keep away
from them.
Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the
age, Imamul Aimmah, Qutubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hazrat
Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said,
“There are thousands of Hadis Shareef references that say that, “Taking a snap
or drwing a picture and keeping or watching them are haram.”
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee,
quoting from Bukhari Shareef, says, ‘Habeeb of Allah Pak, Huzur Pak Swallallahu
Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “Certainly, on the Day of Qiyamah (Day of
Judgement), that invidual shall recieve the highest penalty who takes a picture
or draws one”.
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee,
quoting from many other Hadis Shareef, says, “An individual who takes a picture
shall be asked on the Day of Judgment to infuse life in to the pictures that he
made. Obviously he shall not be able to do that. Then Allah Pak Shall Do That
and ask them, “Engage yourselves in punishing him one who created you!” (Nasaee
Shareef)
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee
says, “An Angel of Rahamat (blessings, gifts) shall not enter that house which
contain a picture or a live dog in it.”
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee,
quoting from Hadis Shareef, says, ‘Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak
Swallalahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Declared, “QULLU MUSABBIREEN FIN NAAR”. That means
all those taking or drawing pictures are hell-dwellers. Despite having so many
clear cut references of Haids Shareef, ulamaye soo, out of their worldly
greeds, come up with their self-made explanatiopns and preach that photography
is essential these days. Nau’zubillah! Not only that they further speak many
kufri words regarding photography!”
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee
says, ‘In this regard, Hadis Shareef has the reference that, Hazrat Ziad Ibn
Hudaiyr Rahmatullahi Alaihi said that he was asked by Hazrat Umar Ibnul Khattab
RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu, “Do you know which is that thing that destroys Islam?”
I answered, “no”. Then He continued, “Derailment of the A’alims (the self made
fatwa and practices of the religion-mongers), munafiqs (hypocrites) getting
engaged in disputes about the Kitab of Allah Pak (Qur’an Shareef) and
un-Islamic orders of the distracted rulers (shall damage Islam).” (Daarimy
Shareef). Regarding these people, there has been references in the Hadis
Shareef, quoting Hazrat Anas RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu who narrated that, Huzur Pak
Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “Sorry for those of my Ummah who are the
ulamaye soo who shall trade with their Ilm (knowledge) for the sake of gaining
ranks and rewards from the rulers of there age, who are destined for jahannam
(hell)!”. Habeeb of Allah Pak, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam curses
these people by saying, “Ya Allah Pak! Bless not those religion-mongers who
trade by their Ilm with the rulers of their age.” (Kanzul Ummaal)
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee
further says, “Owing to kufri attitude and worldly greeds, the derailed rulers
and ulamaye soo, for their lack of Ilm (knowledge), wisdom, understanding and
fair religious practices (A’amal) are confused and misled out of ignorance by
the kaafirs and mushriqs and not being able to reach a correct decision on a
fresher issue, try to call certain haram and kufri acts as jazeez (permitted).
Na’uzubillah! Nevertheless, if pictures or photos were essential for this age,
it would have been mentioned in the Qur’an Sahreef and Hadis Shareef.”
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee
says, “Photography has been opposed in the Qur’an Shareef and Hadis Shareef. So
saying anything against it means saying something against Allah Pak and Huzur Pak
Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Confronting Them, if anyone tries to say anything
shall become a sheer apostate.”
Mujaddide A’azam Hazrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee
says, “In Islam, halal and haram are clearly defined. Anybody trying to call a
haram as halal turns to be a murtad (an apostate). If anyone becoming murtad,
the Shariah disposal for him is that he gets three days time for a tawbah.
Within this time, if he doesn’t do so (tawbah), the penalties for apostasy
(death penalty) shall be applicable to him; he shall not be honoured with a
kafon (deadman’s robe) nor a graveyard but shall be buried in dithces!”
