The Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam
and Mujtahid of the age, Imamul Aimmah, Kutubul A’alam, Awladur Rasool,
Habibullah, Mamduh Murshid Qibla Mudda Jilluhil A’alee of Rajarbagh Darbar
Shareef said, “Allah Declares that, “O womenfolk! You stay back in your own
room with hijab. Do not loiter around without hijab like those of the women of
Ayam-i-Jahiliah (the age of darkness).” And Hadis Shareef says, “A Dayius, one
who himself does not do hijab nor does he ensure his family members do it,
shall never enter the Jannat (heaven) This means that Allah and His Habib Huzur
Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam made it fard for the Muslims to do hijab.
Therefore, violating the rules of hijab or denial of it is a grave offence
(Kabirah sin) and sheer kufri. It should be the duties and responsibility of
all non-Muslim and Muslim governments including the government of Bangladesh to
make arrangements for hijab for the Muslims and ensure the religious rights.

Jilluhul A’alee said, “There have been strict instructions regarding hijab in
the Quran Shareef in different Sura like Sura Nissa, Sura Nur and Sura Ahzab
etc. For example, Allah Stated in Sura Nur, Ayat number 30, 31 that, “O Habib
Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Please ask the Mu’mins to lower their looks and
take care of their modesty. This shall be good reasons for their purity.
Certainly Allah keeps track of whatever they commit. And please also ask the
Mu’mina women to keep their looks down and take care of their modesty and not
to expose their personal beauty.”

Jilluhul A’alee, quoting from Musnad-i-Ahmad, Tirmizee, Abu Daud, Dareemi, Mishquat
Shareef, said that, Hadis Shareef says, ‘Narrated from Hazrat Buraidah
RadwiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu; He says, ‘Rasulullah Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam
addressing Hazrat A’alee RadwiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu, says, “O A’alee RadwiAllahu
Ta’ala Anhu! Do not follow your sights. The first look (that falls
unintentionally) shall be pardoned, but not the next ones.” This means each
look shall earn one sin of the Kabirah nature.

Jilluhul A’alee, referring Baihaqui and Mishquat Shareef said, ‘Hadis Shareef
further describes, “Hazart Hasan Basri Rahamatullah Alaihi describes with
Mursal reference, ‘Certian Hadis Shareef has reached me that says, “One who
sees and shows, both shall receive curse from Allah.” That means Allah through
His Kalamullah Shareef and Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam through His
Hadis Shareef clearly made hijab as fard for the Muslims. Not only that, rather
asked to take care of all the body including even eye sights.

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Research has shown that every human being, male or
female, makes five winks of their eyes in every two seconds. That makes it
around 150 winks per minute, which should go to about 9000 winks per hour. From
this account, while a male and a female glance at each other, make 300 kabirah
sins per minute and an eighteen thousand per hour. This is in case of one male
and one female. And if it takes place in an open meeting among many men and
women, then this number rises alarmingly! Suppose the meeting time is 3 hours
and the number of men and women are 100+100=200. According to the previous
calculation, where a man and a woman, for glancing at each other, make 18000
sins in an hour, then one hundred men and one hundred women would make it
3600000 in an hour and should be 10800000 in three hour.

Jilluhul A’alee says, “This is only about sins with eye-sights. Similarly every
part of the body has similar earnings.

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Whereas if man gets a hundred years of lifespan and
Allah forbids, he doesn’t do any of the fard works like prayers, Ramadan, Hajj,
Jakat etc., even then he shall not have those 10.8 million sins in his whole
lifetime! For example, breach of one fard hajj for his lifetime make it one
sin; 100 jajkat (one per year)violation brings just more one hundred; Ramadan
29 or 30, lets make it 30 for convenience; in one hundred years 30 each make it
3000 sins; 5 times fard prayers and one wajib per day make it six sins, one
Sunnat-i-Muaqqada before Fazr prayers, two before and after Zuhr prayers, one
after Maghrib prayers, one after Isha prayers to make it a total of 11 sins.
Breach of 30 Tarabih in a year brings 30 more sins; Violation of two Eids add
two more, making it 32. 44700 prayers in a hundred years, 100 jakat, 3000
Ramadn’s fasting, one Hajj, total 407801; this says, in a hundred years with
doing none of the fard ibadah, a man may earn a highest of this number of sins;
407801; not even a half million. But only eyes could earn him more than 10
million sins in just three hours.

Jilluhul A’alee, quoting from Bukhari Sharif, Muslim Sharif and Kanzul Ummal ,
said that, “Hadis Sharif describes that Hazrat Abu Huryra Radiallahu- Ta’ala
Anhu says, Habibullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said, “Adultery of
eye is looking, Adultery of ear is hearing, Adultery of hands is touching,
Adultery of legs is proceeding towards, a soul desires and expects and the
genital implements it or otherwise. Musnad E Ahmed Shareef further says, “Dayus
shall never enter heaven.” Dayus is the one who does not do hijab by himself
and does not ensure his dependent women do it.” That means according to Hadis
Shareef, those who do not follow hijab are thoroughly engaged in adultery and
unethical acts through all of their organs.

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Regarding the significance of hijab, Allah declares in
Surah Ahzab, Ayaat number 6 that Habib of Allah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi
Wa Sallam is more closer to the Mu’mins than themselves and His Ahlia (Wives)
are their mothers.”
Allah declares in Sura Ahzab in Ayat 53
that, “Causing pain to Habib of Allah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam
and marrying His wives after His demise is never authorized and is a grave
offence to Allah.”

Jilluhul A’alee says, “The wives of Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam are
like mothers of the Mumins (believers), marrying or even thinking about
marrying them is haram and kufri. That amounts to causing pain to Huzur Pak
Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam which is Kufri and grave offence to Allah Pak.
Even after that how strictly Ummul Muminin performed the hijab may well be
perceived from the following Hadis Shareef:
Quoting from Musnad-e-Ahmad, Abu Daud
Shareef, Mujaddidu A’azam Mamduh Murshid Qibla Mudda Jilluhul A’alee says,
“Hadis Shareef declares that, ‘narrated by Hazrat Ummu Salama Radiallahu Ta’ala
Anha that once upon a time Hazrat Mymuna Radiallahu Ta’ala Anha and herself
were sitting beside Rasulullah Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. Suddenly there
appeared the blind Sahabi named Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Maktum Radiallahu Ta’ala
Anhu. Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam asked them to follow hijab in his
presence. I asked, “Ya Rasulullah Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Isn’t he blind?
He can’t see us.” In reply Rasulullah Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said, “Are
you also blind and you can’t see him?”

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Now one has to wonder that those who have been declared
as mother of mumin about whom even a scratch of foul thinking could not arise.
Even they have been strictly told to perform hijab. If that is the case, than
what should be the significance of hijab for the commoners is a matter of deep
speculation. It implies that hijab is fard in Islam and to be out of hijab is
grave haram and kabira gunah (sin).

Jilluhul A’alee says, “About Iblish the saying is, Allah Pak bestowed him with
lot of blessings. He was leader of the angels. He used to provide different
religious lessons and academics to the Farishtas (angels). He had done millions
of years of worship. He did that every where on heaven and earth. Even after
that for violation of one single order, he was permanently ousted and cursed by
Almighty Allah.

Jilluhul A’alee says, When Allah Pak ordained, “O Farishtas (Iblish inclusive)
you prostrate first Nabi, Rasul and Khalifa Hazrat Adom Alaihis Salalm. All did
except Iblish. Iblish defied and felt proud of him. Thereby he joined the group
of kafir. (Sura Bakara-34).

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Allah Pak further says, “Go out of Jannah! Certainly you
are ever cursed! And certainly my curse is on you till Qiamah (dooms day).”

Jilluhul A’alee says, “ Therefore all those so called Mufties, Maulanas,
Muffassir , Shaikh ul Hadis, Peer, Darbesh, Amir e Islam getting out of hijab
in the name of Islam and saying that so much of hijab is not required, are
defying the order of Allah and earning millions of kabira gunah, which is
inclusive to grave noncompliance. If they are right than whyIblish should not
be when he prayed for .6 millions of years and taught Farishtas for millions of
years? And Iblish becomes Mal-un (cursed) then why should not they be? And one
who is Mal-un is a permanent hell-dweller. Therefore those so called Mufties,
Maulanas, Muffassir , Shaikh ul Hadis, Peer, Darbesh, Amir e Islam violating
hijab are ever Mal’un and permanent hell dwellers.

Jilluhul A’alee says, “Since Allah Pak and His Habib Huzur Pak Swallallahu
Alaihi Wa Sallam made hijab fard item for the Muslims, therefore non compliance
or violation of hijab is Kabira Guna and sheer kufri. He strongly emphasized
upon all non-muslim and Muslim governments including Bangladesh Government to
arrange for practice of proper hijab of the Muslims and thereby protect the
religious rights.
